The NGOs Co-ordination Board is committed to providing high quality services that comply with international best practices in the charitable sector, statutory and regulatory requirements, the needs and expectations of our stakeholders as well as the Quality Management System as set out in ISO 9001:2008.

We at NGOs Co-ordination Board shall achieve this by:-

  • Understanding our clients’ and other stakeholders’ challenges and identifying their needs
  • Providing capabilities that meet or exceed our clients’ needs
  • Developing and equipping a team of highly qualified staff
  • Ensuring that quality objectives are established and reviewed annually
  • Communicating the quality objectives and policy to all staff and
  • Complying with ISO 9001:2008 requirements and continually improving our QMS process, capabilities and effectiveness
